Dave Duggan's dashboard

Having bought an new Tom Tom XL Live IQ Routes Edition, I then extended my Live Services subscription.

But now I no longer have HD Traffic, which is part of the Live Services. Has anybody seen a similar problem or no how to solve this? Tom Tom support said to delete the map and reload it, but this didn't help.
