Hi, I sent an email last week regarding a gorillapod with legs that are going limp. Lauren responded and asked me to send a photo of it. I did, but haven't heard anything since, even after another follow-up email. My name is Dave H. if that's helpful, thanks!
I'm just disappointed because she responded to my first email so fast, but I haven't heard anything since, so I have no idea what, if anything, is going on.
