We like the idea of Get Satisfaction but we are having dificulty seeing how you might promote this service as part of your customer service offering. Is there a start up guide or sites you could refer us to to see how others are using and promoting this service?

I have access to the complete on-line suite of Acrobat.com products. How do I easily switch between apps? If I am in Buzzword, how do I get to MyFiles without having to reload the URL?
