Dave Cardwell replied on November 23, 2009 13:59 to the question "free divert to mobile query" in 0800Buster:
Unfortunately this is something we do not offer. 0800Buster merely gives landline access numbers to replace 0800, 0808, and 0500 numbers since these are expensive to call from mobiles.
I’m not aware of any service that offers free 0800 forwarding to your mobile, but you may find one of the products our parent company, Localphone.com, offers useful.

We feasibly could, but as a UK Ltd. company we’re subject to the same rules and regulations as everyone else who handles your call from your phone to the destination, and would respect your privacy even if we weren’t.
We are Localphone Ltd., a UK registered company #6085990 based in Sheffield.

Dave Cardwell set one of Dave Cardwell's replies as an official response to "Why does 0800Buster number change all the time?" in 0800Buster
Dave Cardwell replied on September 23, 2009 09:54 to the question "Why does 0800Buster number change all the time?" in 0800Buster:
We have a group of access numbers set aside and each time you visit the site you’re given one at random. This helps us avoid having too much traffic on a single number.
The first time you visit and get your random access number the site should store it so the number remains the same on subsequent visits, but if you have cookies blocked on your computer this won’t work.
Don’t worry though - you can use any of the numbers at any time as they all work the same. Just pick the one you get the next time you visit the site and store it in your phone.-
