Currently we don't support uploading company logos. If you host the image elsewhere you should be able to reference it in the stylesheet using the full URI.

Basically, yes. A client login can be given access to multiple projects. Currently a client login can't be given access to other client's projects, or moved to another client area.

Just to add to Paul's response, we don't store passwords in clear text in our database. The passwords for clients are randomly generated immediately before the email is sent, and then encrypted before storing in the database.

We are investigating this, there may be a couple of things we can do to help this, but this will always be a potential problem. For now it would be best to advice all clients to check junk mail folders.

The reason for this is that an account is identified by the company url, not the email addresses of the users. Thanks for posting Joe!
