If you have a Mac and $80 budget, here's a superb solution (sorry, there is no PC analog): http://davenelsen.wordpress.com/2009/...

FYI, you never sent a delete request and nothing has been deleted. I'm confused about what your issue is. For example, on the call page for 49542, while you have no future episodes currently scheduled, the past four episodes are posted there (5/13, 5/20, 5/27, and 6/3). You can listen to any of them by clicking the orange listen button. The other call pages show multiple recordings as well.
Please describe again what the issue is?

Our system shows that your unlisted call series (31320) is set for "manual" recording. The call logs show that you and one other person called in on 5/6 but that the recording command was never issued. As such, no recording was captured.
When you click the "Start Recording" button, you should hear the 7-second TalkShoe audio logo. If the command fails for some reason, you will not hear the audio logo but will see a flashing red message on your screen indicating that recording did not start - please try again.
Dave Nelsen replied on May 06, 2009 21:41 to the question "ready for download" in TalkShoe:
Recordings are typically accessible within 5 minutes of call termination. However, this call was not recorded because the host never signed in. As host, you must call into 724-444-7444, enter your 5-digit call ID (41288#) and then your 10-digit PIN. While the logs show callers from CA, HI, and GA, none identified themselves as the host. All joined as guests by pressing #1.
Please consult these use instructions for "how to" details: http://www.talkshoe.com/blog/index.ph...

Dave Nelsen replied on April 27, 2009 20:34 to the question "How do I fix runtime error?" in TalkShoe:
Here's a work-around for the TalkShoe Live web client Java “run-time error”:
This error affects only the “web-based” client, not TalkShoe Live Pro (also free). To install TalkShoe Live Pro, start here: http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/...
Download AND install the program (generally, clicking “Run” is simpler than starting with “Save”). Be sure to click the green “Done” button on the download page after completing installation.
To join a call using TalkShoe Live Pro, navigate to the Call Series page. This can sometimes be a challenge, especially for an unlisted call. The easiest way is to enter this address: http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/... (substituting the actual Call ID for “12345”). You may need to sign in first. Once there, bookmark it for future access.
On the Call Series page, you’ll see two purple buttons to join the call. Click the lower one titled “TalkShoe Live Pro”. Audio streaming will start automatically.

Dave Nelsen replied on April 27, 2009 12:19 to the question "How to get previous recordings" in TalkShoe:
You'll need to know the 5-digit Call ID to access recordings. With that, access this address: www.talkshoe.com/tc/NNNNN (where NNNNN is replaced by the 5-digit Call ID). You'll see a listing of past episodes and if the call was recorded, an orange "listen" icon to the right of the listing. Click on it to play.
Dave Nelsen replied on April 26, 2009 15:59 to the question "Callers intending to listen forget to Mute out.... Please make Mute the Default??!" in TalkShoe:
Yes, that is a setting that you control. Go to the call series page and click the "Update" tab and set your call for "mute-on-entry". Be sure to click the green button to save changes.
Or as an alternative, you can click the "Mute All" button in TalkShoe Live during any call and that will change the entry state to "muted" for current and incoming callers for that episode only.
