Are you getting an error similar to a broken internet connection, or is your browser loading a separate error page? If it's the later, I can only suggest clearing all your cookies, restarting the browser, and attempting to sign up at a later time. Perhaps there's some maintenance work on our end for the moment. After looking at your issues, perhaps some overactive antivirus/firewall programs are to blame for your difficulties? What antivirus/firewall software do you currently have installed on either of your computers? I would experiment with temporarily disabling their functionality while making an upload and see if you notice any difference. I hope this helps!

Hi there,
There's currently no implementation in place to upgrade a motionbox affiliated account to a shutterfly affiliated account. Besides the affiliations, Motionbox premium accounts have no filesize restrictions per video, whereas videos uploaded from a shutterfly account cannot exceed 1 GB each. If you wish to get a shutterfly premium account, I would suggest that you create a new motionbox account via shutterfly, and upgrade that. I hope this helps!

Any videos you uploaded to Bebo should be automatically put on your Motionbox Account inside a folder entitled Bebo. Can you view your videos on Bebo? If you wish for us to further troubleshoot your issue, it would be useful if you could provide your motionbox username, so we can track these instances down. I hope this helps!

Hi there, You most certainly can edit the tags of videos after they've been uploaded. Simply go to the folder containing the desired video, and select it by clicking the box to the left of the video's title. An assortment of options should activate in the blue management bar, one of them being edit. Click that, and then click "title, tag, descriptions". This will open a pop up window allowing you to edit your video's tags.
