David's dashboard

I have Xmarks on 4 or 5 different computers, all synched with my home machine we will call machine 1. On all of the other machines none of the icons show up in the bookmarks, neither on the toolbar (which is especially annoying since I removed most of the names for more space) and none of the dropdown lists. However, on machine 1, all of the icons remain. This is very annoying. Is there a fix?
