Not All Shipping Options Offered at Checkout
Not All Shipping Methods showing in shipping section of checkout. Please Help

I have the extension running on Magento v1.3.1 and when I get to the checkout it only seems to list the next day delivery option even though i can see that standard parcel and next day by 9am are suitable methods for the weight of the items selected

I only have these three methods running in my store to keep things simple, but this is screwing it up. Please help!
