I have the same problem using TwitterFon Pro on my iPhone. None of these smut followers show on Twitter. TwitterFon is trying to pass this off as a Twitter problem. Deleting, then reinstalling the app didn't help a bit. Clearing the TwitterFon local cache doesn't help a bit. There are hundreds of these smutty followers that showed up over about a day.
I'm kinda ticked off at TwitterFon.
