It's much better than trying to find your way through 'Customer Service' - if you can even find it!

Thanks for the note. We've identified a prob that cropped up w/the Music Patterns app and have resolved it. It should work fine for you now (results, recommended playlist, etc.). Please let us know if you have further Qs.

if you're on Music Survey Results, clicking on someone's name (or Show Profile when the popup appears) will take you to that person's SignalPatterns.com profile.

In the right column, there's a box called [username's'] Linked Profiles. If the user has linked any of his/her accounts (e.g. Facebook), you can connect to the person there, contingent on the privacy settings set by the user on each of the sites.

Thanks for your response. We are in fact working on a revision of the Music Patterns survey which we expect to have available by end of July, so please stay tuned!

We are trying to balance having various types of music genres (and sub-genres) that folks like w/o making the overall experience too long. Another point is that the survey is meant to be a cross-genre and identify the underlying components of one's preferences. To help understand preferences, it's important to identify music that one likes - as well as what one doesn't like.

We have an interesting write-up on some of the scientific underpinning our our 'FUSES' model of musical preferences that you may find of interest:

Right now you can only search for people "like you" - those w/similar music preferences or personality. You can also search for anyone who's a connection (though I realize you're not on FB).

We're working on broader searching functionality that will allow you to search by name and other parameters. Thanks for your interest.

Absolutely. From your Profile page (simply click on the "Profile" tab at the top of page or go to http://www.signalpatterns.com/profile...), you can click on the "Take it Again" link next to either of the "badges" that show your results. You can also get to that link by rolling your mouse over the badge.

1 - the issue w/the 'keep in touch' button is being corrected as we speak (type?); it should be working by the end of the day.

2 - we have some Qs regarding your main problem of taking a survey and then not being able to register (it's not supposed to work that way!). Could you tell us specifically how you initially accessed the site (i.e. what was the first page you landed on...did you go to the site through a link someone sent you?).

If you prefer, you may answer us directly via our 'feedback' email address on the site. In the interim, you can currently get an invite to the Beta site via the home page of signalpatterns.com.
