I have the same problem, redrock. I am paying for 10MB and I am only getting less than 1MB at night time. I feel your anger and frustrations. ANY CHARTER COMMUNICATION CUSTOMER HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE VOICE YOUR COMMENTS AND ANGER!!
