Well, if Thunderbird is set to save your passwords, you can see what they are under the Settings dialog, Privacy Tab, Passwords sub-tab, click on "Edit Saved Passwords".
However, if Thunderbird is asking for your password, then it either has an old one or doesn't have it remembered. You'll have to ask your email provider to reset your password. Unfortunately I can't help you with that as it depends on who controls your email server.

I think this is going on because you're getting emails that are sent to an email address that isn't the one you specified in the Account Settings dialog (maybe it's forwarded from an ISP, or otherwise redirected)? The easiest fix I think is to go in the Account Settings, find the account in question, click on "Manage Identities", and add the identity information for the email address in question.
(Note: the Reply-To header is added so that people who get the reply send their reply to the right email address; it's the Cc: or Bcc: header which is causing you to get copies of your sent mail. I believe that fixing the "identity mapping" will resolve both of your issues).

davidascher replied on March 15, 2009 21:00 to the idea "Tags Overview for each folder" in Mozilla Messaging:
Yeah, I think we can do a much better job of giving people an overview of what's in a folder.
Showing tag counts is maybe possible, but I think it's a bit cryptic to just use color, and the folder pane is too narrow to show tag names.
One idea could to use the area that normally shows the message body, and use it when someone is selecting a folder, to describe the contents of the folder. We could show the tag distribution (with quick jumping off points to show all of the messages w/ particular tags), "important" messages somehow, etc.
What other folder-level information do people think would be useful to show?

davidascher asked a question in Open Web Foundation on July 26, 2008 03:02:
What's the scope? What specs are in scope? (presumably, OpenID-like things are in scope, but something like SOAP wouldn't have been).
