We do detect this on when you're on 3rd party sites and properly block it.

We can't do it on Facebook.com because they mix it in with their other scripts. So if we blocked it on Facebook.com it would cause most of the site not to work.

Thanks for the suggestion. The reason we don't have it is that no one has volunteered to do the translations.

Volunteers provide all our browser plugin translations so far.

Ghostery doesn't do anything that would prevent this from working. I use Gmail extensively each day myself.

When you turn on blocking with Ghostery it will still tell you that the bugs exist on that page just so you know what's being blocked.

Tina Marie if you have blocking turned on to ALL then you don't have to worry, those bugs are being blocked. You can turn off the "purple alert box" if it's bothering you from within the options dialog show here:
