Ah, thanks Aseem. Yes, I'm running Chrome 4. Forgot I had changed to the beta version a few months ago. I wonder what's different in the JS engine to cause the behavior. Probably not too high on the priority list for you guys until a new stable release comes out.

Chrome support?
Seadragon is slick. But it's got problems on Chrome. Currently when you click, drag, then mouseup, the image acts like the mouse button is still down -- i.e. the image still follows the cursor and is dragged.
