File Filter für Backup-Ordner

Hi Forum & Wuala Team.

Ein File-Filter für das Backup wäre schön. Ich würde gerne meinen "Eigene-Dateien"-Ordner als Backup-Ordner festlegen, aber der ist natürlich zu groß. Daher würde ich gerne bestimmte Unterordner, bestimmte Dateitypen und -größen sowie Dateien älter als x Wochen vom Backup ausschließen können (von älteren Dateien habe ich z.B. sowieso div. Backups anderswo).

Mit anderen Worten, ein Dateifilter wäre sehr wichtig für die Nützlichkeit der Backup-Funktion.

Please consider adding this feature.

Yes you DEFINITELY should do so...

And you should make Wuala take care of its own temp files and clean up after itself as every decent program does. There is no such thing as the OS taking care of temp files left behind of a program (as you seem to believe).

Ich kann es nicht glauben, dass Wuala einen derart unprofessionellen und chaotischer Umgang mit den temporären Dateien pflegt und täglich Hunderte von Megabyte Müll auf Dauer auf der Platte hinterlässt -- es ist aber wohl so.

Alleine schon dieser eine Punkt hat das bisher makellose, geniale Image von Wuala für mich ganz gewaltig beschädigt. Sowas kann einfach nicht sein und muss schnellstens gründlich behoben werden, bevor es sich herumspricht.

So, es war warum auch immer der Kompatibilitätsmodus eingestellt. Dort habe ich nun das Häkchen rausgenommen.

Es ergibt sich das folgende Bild:



Ich bekomme aber immer noch keinen zusätzlichen Speicherplatz, auch nicht nach Deaktivierung/Reaktivierung der "Speicher tauschen"-Option, und auch nicht nach Neustart von Wuala.

Der Router ist eine FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7170 (UI), Firmware-Version 29.04.70, und der UDP-Port 7430 aus den Wuala-Einstellungen ist permanent an meinen PC (mit statischer IP-Adresse) weitergeleitet.

Das Kästchen "Erneut testen" an dieser Stelle ist grau. Drücke ich dann unter "Speicher tauschen" auf "Erneut testen", dann erhalte ich:

Es funktioniert aber trotzdem nicht.

Im Router sind auch keine Portfreigaben ersichtlich.

Das habe ich schon gemacht, inklusive Neustart von Wuala. Muss ich irgendwelche Ports forwarden? Das scheint nämlich nicht automatisch von Wuala konfiguriert zu werden.

Bei mir ist es dasselbe.

Habe seit vielen Wochen 30 GB lokalen Speicher zur Verfügung gestellt, offenbar erfolgreich, siehe Screenshot:



Trotzdem habe ich nicht mehr als 1 GB Speicher auf Wuala zur Verfügung.

Mit der Bitte um schnelle Abhilfe,

Really, the program is of no use at this stage. It's just not reliable, you never know whether it works and records, or whether it decides to no record your activity. I'm off to another freeware that works reliably.

Slife doesn't record time in Word 2003 anymore

I just realized that Slife has stopped tracking time in MS Word 2003. It does track like every 5 seconds I spend in Adobe Acrobat 7 but no time is accumulated in Word anymore.

Both respective documents (Word and Acrobat documents, respectively) have the same clients ID number in the documents title (which is shown in the respective titlebar), all windows are maximized.

It is very frustrating that Slife seemingly is unreliable for unknown reasons (see also other problem reports).

Come on, it can't be that hard to reliably record the time that a respective topmost window is in use!

Please, please fix,
