un explained charges, rebates not honored, new phones that constantly need replacing. What is going on with sprint. Never had these problems in the past 3 years know I have them constantly not just on one plan but two plans. That is 4 phones that have been replaced at least once in the first 3 months and two phones that had to be replaced in the first two months and 2 phones in 6 months. Do to shorting out or phone stucture. the Rumor is awful I have three that replaced the Katana II's that went bad twice. Know the Rumors have all started shutting off in the middle of a call or texting. The brand new LG I got the front screen has shorted out it's 6 weeks old. Know I get charges for internet and I don't have the internet. I am being told it is from picture mail that I pay unlimited use for. How do I have over $50.00 in charges for picture mail/internet. I have to fight with sprint non stop. What happened to the quality and service???

Has anyone been charged every month for KG charges by Sprint ,but never use the internet? We have benn! Sprint told us it's do to picture mail being to big to open.So, it uses the internet. Well I have unlimited picture mail in my package. Yet I have been charged anywhere from $24.00 to $74.00 for KG bite usage. Finally they took it off, but every month I have to call and fight about it. I have three months of $74.00 they refuse to take off because they won't go back more than a month in billing to do credits. It took three months to figure out where it came from. For those three months I paid $222.00 do to technical issues on their end. I should giving me free internet on two phones for a year. No not even a sorry. They offered to charge me $139,00 a year or $30 a month per phone and told me that would prevent this from happening. What is wrong with this picture?
