I want the RECENT VISITORS widget. That option seems to no longer be available. Where's it at? Am I missing something?

I have this issue too.

Sorry, can't do a screen shot on this one. I'm referring to the lower right hand corner of the Twhirl window where the large dot appears as either green, yellow or red. What is the purpose of this, what do the colors mean and what are the percentages for when you hover over them?

I'd still like an answer to this since I've been wondering now for about a week.

Comcast service tech are complete idiots and to make matters worse, the customer service reps aren't much better either. We have had so many issue with comcast that I can honestly say that if another high speed internet service provider comes to South Florida we'll drop them faster than you can spell comcast sucks! We've had nothing but problems with them and poor customer service. They aren't worth the money and if they don't make dramatic changes, they are going to lose massive amount of customers.

I can't tell you how many times Comcast has said that they'll escalate our issue and have someone call us only for us NEVER to receive any help. Bad customer service Comcast - shame on you!

The topic of discussion is about TOS violations on Twitter & Twitter's apparent lack of enforcement and reporting.

I'm not really sure what this has to do with the "get satisfation" topic of banning a user abusing the system.

It's clear you don't know much about eMail Our Military (eMOM) or how it works. I suggest that if you have questions related to eMailOurMilitary.com or @MailOurMilitary they should be addressed there, not here. – Dayngr, on May 04, 2008 20:29

I'm concerned that twitter doesn't enforce it's own Terms of Service.

To make a long story short, someone sought me out on twitter and made it their mission to post harassing, abusive and libelous statements about me and my company. I'm all about freedom of speech. I'm all for discussion, discourse and debate but when someone creates 20 or so accounts for the sole purpose of stalking me or posting libelous statements about my company that's where I draw the line.

I've included a fair amount here for your review. It seems pretty clear this is a violation of Twitter's TOS. So why hasn't twitter put an end to this? That my friends, is the question. What say you?

I agree. If someone is saying outright that their goal is to circumvent the blocking system and, as a result, to harass / stalk other users who do not want him following them then that sounds like a pretty clear case of abuse. Of course, it makes sense to be because I'm rational.
