I just tested Opera 10 Alpha (http://www.opera.com/browser/next/) on Windows Vista and confirmed the example Roger linked to above works.

First plurk displays (and time set to) after second plurk
Plurk dates got out of order. http://www.plurk.com/p/4dtwu and http://www.plurk.com/p/4dtw8 are shown with the first being at 3:16 and the other at 3:19, when in fact I plurked the second one first (the times should be reversed).
