Integrate known public places in buddycloud? What about adding known public places in Buddycloud? I think they are a lot of location data for places like sight-seeing stuff like Churches, monuments etc. Why not put this in Buddycloud, so that I don't have to tag it all by myself?
Christian asked a question in buddycloud on January 03, 2009 18:10:
Are my tagged places tagged for others?I asked my self when I tagged places (like restaurants, public places) if they are also tagged for others.
For example: I join a nice Restaurant "Wirtshaus" and tag this. A friend of mine joins this restaurant and see on his Buddycloud App "Wirtshaus". Is this already given? Do you plan this? If not, move this to "Share an idea" ;-)

I can send my current location? Damn I don't knew this ... ;) good to know :) No, confirming everything is bad, but you should warn the user that bc and phonebook sync. Last month I bought my grandmother a Nokia 1200 with a prepaid card. This phone is like the hello kitty playphone of my daughter not supported ... until now

Adressbook - Phone <> Buddycloud App - deleting contactsA few days ago I tried to remove contacts in buddycloud, who will never ever use buddycloud, like my parents, grandma etc. and deleted their names out of buddycloud. Later I opened my Phonebook in my Nokia E71 and they were deleted in there, too! Glad I could recover them all, but you should warn the users about it!

Asking for my location, even when I'm in offline mode?Hej Support Team,
is it a user problem/thing or buddycloud's?
I recognized something strange. I am at work and to safe traffic, battery I switch Buddycloud into the "offline" mode. Nevertheless I get aks several time for my location by a-gps. Is this normal? I easily could turn a-gps off. But I wonder why you do this.
Regards Chris
