    I can't receive emails, again!
I can't receive emails. This has been going on since Thursday now. I've called several times with no success. I use Windows Mail but I also tried getting my emails on Comcast.net and that doesn't work either. Yesterday when I called, they had their local IT guy check it out while I was on hold and he couldn't figure it out. They told me that they would escalate it to a national level and that it would be fixed in 24 hours. Well tonight it still isn't working and I haven't heard from anyone. Someone at Comcast please help!! This is getting to be a regular occurance. This has happened three or four times now in the last year. It gets fixed for awhile then starts all over again and takes too long to get fixed, and I'm not given a reason for what the problem was.

Yeah, some of those scratched discs should be pulled from service a little sooner. I've had a few get 3/4s of the way through the movie then freeze up. Very frustrating.

I've been a Netflix member since 2000. I have never had it take this long to get new releases. I don't think it would hurt them to order more of the new releases. Don't they sell used ones? It seems like they used to anyway. Seems like a win win situation for them.

Not getting emails again, Comcast please help!!
Well my email worked for awhile but know it's down again. I tried sending one to myself and it won't go through either. This has been ongoing off and on for over a month now. They said they fixed it last week and that lasted about a day before it started acting up again. When I check for messages on Windows Mail the green bar starts to come across and says receiving a list of messages and then quits before mail comes through. I am so tired of having to call every other day. I have changed nothing on my end and have tried disabling virus scan on my email to no avail. Can someone at Comcast please help with this?

I tried that and it's already set to allow all emails. I use Windows Mail exclusively. I only try Webmail when I can't use Windows Mail. I tried disabling the virus scan on incoming mail and that didn't do fix it either. Some emails are coming through though. Sometimes I try testing it by sending an email to myself and they don't always come through.

    Long wait for New Releases
Why are the waits getting longer now for New Releases. I put New Releases I want at the top of my list and they are usually, long wait, or very long wait. I know Netflix has grown in popularity but it seems like they don't account for this by buying a larger quantity of dvds. It usually takes three weeks or longer to get a New Release. I usually watch a movie a night so I go through quite a few. Please order more new dvds!!

    Dean
Make sure the names of the current residents are large and clearly visible on your mailbox and write only underneath them. Apartments and condos have a lot of turnover so having your name up is the only way the carrier knows who's there.

    I can't receive emails!
I'm having so much trouble receiving emails. This has been going off and on for a month now. I can send emails but can't receive them. They called yesterday after about a week of this and said it was fixed. It worked for about five hours. Now it says receiving list of messages from server and then disconnects before they come through. I'm using Windows Mail. I've tried getting mail on Comcast.net and nothing comes through on there either. They started a new ticket again last night for this, but I was told that they couldn't escalate the ticket for 24 hours. In the meantime I'm losing emails because they are getting returned. My email settings are fine. Each time I call I have to go through them with the operator. I'm getting fed up with having to worry about my emails. Why can't the repair ticket be escalated for an ongoing problem?! Can I get a credit for the length of time I'm without service. Please help! Thank you.
