Is there a way to post a topic and get users to vote between different items? We use the integrated polling a lot (which tells us how many users what a particular thing). But there are times when it would be helpful to know if users would prefer A, B, or C. I couldn't find a way to do this, but maybe I'm missing something

Offer polling for voting on different options/features.

A comment on the question "Outlook not showing reqall appointments" in reQall:
jm, can you tell us more? Are you using the direct outlook integration or are you using iCal? Are you getting an error? If so, what is it? Are you starting your item with "Meet" or "meeting"? Those are required to have the items placed in the Outlook calendar. If you're having further problems, send us an email to support@reqall.com so we can help with specifics. – Deb, on October 23, 2009 17:53

Deb replied on October 12, 2009 18:21 to the question "Daily email reminder?" in reQall:
Christine, this is very strange. Our logs show that the reminder emails went at 19:00 Eastern time, so 7 p.m. to Barbara. You had 2 items that were set to 7:30 p.m. I see in the logs that one of those went to Barbara on 10/8, 10/9, and 10/10 at 7 p.m. That item is now deleted. The other item went to Barbara at 7 p.m. on 10/9, 10/10, and 10/11. Did any of them reach her or you at the right time? The only thing I can think is that maybe there's an issue in the cloud between our email being sent and your provider receiving it. I'm not sure what to do or suggest at this point, since it seems to be going out at the right time.

Deb replied on October 12, 2009 14:50 to the problem "google calendar won't work" in reQall:
Shazzer, would that be Hi3G Access AB? That's one of the supported networks. The others are:
Spring Mobile
Swefour AB
Tele2 (Comviq)
Telenor (Vodafone)
Telia (Sonera,Mobitel)
Ventelo Sverige AB
BTW, the dial-in capability is part of the Standard account, so I believe all features in the Pro account are available in Sweden.
Deb replied on October 11, 2009 22:10 to the idea "Due Date on creation" in reQall:
Christian, even when adding by text, you can include the due date in the text. For example, you can add by text "call Joe tomorrow at 3:00". However, I think what you may be asking for is the equivalent of "at" and "for"; in other words, a way to set the due date without it being in the item. If that's what you mean, then this is something that is already on our list to do. I don't have a schedule for when we'll implement it though.

Deb replied on October 11, 2009 22:04 to the problem "google calendar won't work" in reQall:
As I mentioned above, using the URL feed you're limited by when GCal decides to update and that can be up to 24 hours. So, I'm not surprised that it took several hours. Even with our direct integration it will take a couple of hours.
We aren't planning to add any additional dial-in support at this time. We do support other countries for SMS reminders today (with a Pro account). We do support networks in Sweden. If you tell us your network, we can verify whether or not we can send to that network.
Hope that helps.

Chris, I apologize for our delay in replying. I'll try to answer your questions/comments.
1. At the moment, you can only do this on the web. We plan to eventually add that capability on the iPhone as well.
2. To record something with eyes-free, tap on the reQall icon to launch the app and then with a quick movement move your iPhone to your ear. You should hear a vibration. When you're done, make another quick movement to move it away from your ear.
3. I'll add this to our feature request list.
4. We're looking at revamping the structure of this. Everyone wants it their own way, so we're looking at how we can best achieve this.
5. I'm not sure I understand your question. If you have a contact that is a reQall user, then yes, anything you share will be added to their reQall account. If that wasn't the question, let me know.
6. We set notes up by definition to not have due dates. However, you can now change them into a To Do after the fact, but currently only on the web.
7. I'll add this to our feature request list.
Thanks for your comments. If you have other questions, please let us know.
Deb replied on October 10, 2009 00:11 to the problem "Outlook 2003 Sync - problem with due times" in reQall:
I apologize for our delay in replying to this. When I first looked at your post, I thought the issue was due to how the date was entered. If you enter 12.20 in reQall, it won't recognize that as a time. It has to have a colon, not a period to recognize it. However, you say it's set in reQall as Due at the right time, so it sounds like something else is going on. I think we're going to have to look at your account to determine what the problem is. Can you send an email to support@reqall.com? Mention this GS post and give us your account info: email address and password. We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what the problem is.
Deb replied on October 09, 2009 23:56 to the question "Recurring ToDo" in reQall:
Christine, since Jessica is sick I'm cleaning out GetSatisfaction items and found that we hadn't replied to this yet. The way to do this is when you create the item. You can enter "call Joe every 3 months on the 15th" or something similar. One issue that we're aware of it that you can't currently set a "first date" for the item. So you can't say "every 3 months on the 15th starting on November 15th." Anyway, give it a try and let me know if it doesn't work for you. (Crossing my fingers that you won't find a bug in this one. :-)

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. The person who normally answers these is out ill.
This is strange to me as reQall doesn't automatically open when I receive an alert. I assume you mean push notifications, right? When I get a push notification, I have a choice to close it or view it. If I pick view, then it opens reQall. If I pick close or ignore it, reQall doesn't open. Can you tell me more about what is happening for you since it sounds like something different?
