And - when I tried to post this information - after I had it all entered - it sent me to another site to login, and when I came back here, all the information I had entered like the title of the problem, etc. was lost. Never coming here again. I dont need this kind of frustration - which, by the way, just typed behind the add an image button.

Your "select a different institution" option at the top doesn't bring up information in the bottom related to the new institution. You need to have a "Go" or "search" button that refreshes the page.
