I started having problems right after the one year mark but it only has a one year warrenty. I think they should make good on this bc i spent $1,500 on a computer and it didnt even last 2 years. that is stupid and crazy. Bt now i have a gateway and it works great and the wireless connection is so much faster than the HP i had. so i am glad that i have this one now but i still have a $1500 computer that is sitting in my bed room wasted. I will never buy an HP again. and i told the manager that i talked to that.
