Angela Mock's dashboard

I can put in my phone number, but there are no Settings options when i go into my Following list. There is a "Settings" heading, but nothing below it. There is another drop down where I can "Mention" "Unfollow" or "Block". No devices options. But I CAN update my twitter from my phone.
