MyVidoop Dead - can we change our authentication?MyVidoop appears to be dead - can I change the authentication for my account to username/password??
deejayone replied on July 22, 2009 11:16 to the problem "Twitter support automatically closed ticket without response and now won't let me reopen or submit a new ticket" in Twitter:
Twitter support has been non-existent with my problems.
I have submitted several tickets, each closed with no response.
I have emailed several times to different addresses, each with no response.
The problems still exist and Twitter are extremely ignorant.
I understand they only have a few support staff and that it's a free service - but to do this repeatedly, for genuine support requests is just the worst customer service.
One day they will need to make money and I would have been first in the queue to offer some cash for a decent service - however I have lost confidence in Twitter's support following these issues.
If someone from Twitter is reading, please could you take a look at the ticket reference number: 437162 and respond.

Have a 'master settings' option to update certain information on all feeds at onceAfter spending hours updating a large number of feeds on a slow site I would like to suggest that a 'master settings' option be introduced for those with a large number of feeds.
For instance, I have had to go through all the feeds on my account and change the URL Shortener and enter the API key for bit.ly into each one - it would have saved a lot of hassle had I had the option to change all the feeds at once from a master setting.
This could also be used to add the same prefix/suffix to each feed account, rather than having to go in/out/in/out for every one.
Perhaps even the option of having a list of all he feeds with checkboxes to say which of the feeds you would like the master settings applied to?
It would honestly save me a HELL of a long time!

navigation taking a long time and timing out/returning to feed input screenI have a lot of feeds going to lots of Twitter accounts - When updating them today I have noticed a number of problems with navigation taking an age and Twitterfeed not capturing the data I inputted (and then just taking me back to the feed input screen again without the changes being applied - then I have to re-input it all again, then it might take a while to submit or it might hang for a while and take you back to the blank input screen).
I have noticed a lot of them time that it seems to be hanging on 'transferring data from ping.chartbeat.net...' in the browser status bar for a very long time - I understand the usefulness of this analytics software, but is this causing timeouts and then making me(/us?) have to re-input all the details?
It's getting quite frustrating now - I am about half way through updating all my feeds currently and it's taken me hours so far!

Mario - I sent you an email, but I just tried again and it's now working! Don't know what the issue was?! Anyway - thanks for your help. – deejayone, on June 22, 2009 09:48-

Thanks for the reply. I cannot remember ever using my email address to login, in any case I have tried the 'recover password' link and used the email address attached to MyVidoop (and all other email addresses of mine) - and got the message: "We can't find that account. Try again." - So I guess that's a definitive no to your question. – deejayone, on June 19, 2009 15:16
