Why fix what ain't broke? The short cuts are different, the file menu is DRASTICALLY changed (why obfuscate it with icons), and create a jarring user experience? The old excel worked fine, I would rather have you guys iterate small changes rather than do jarring overhauls. Did your user tests suggest the new UI is better?
