I cannot speak for euro websites. I can only fix Americas sales site mistakes. I can only setup 64bit Vista orders for Americas customers. All others must contact Dell support for their country and tell the Technical Support representative to look up DSN Document ID: 158098 (Operating System Changes and Operating System Swaps - Dell Global Policy) and have them look below the matrix for the sentence about Escalated reasons for dispatching the DVD.

The sales site specifications was very clear on this issue.

"PCIe x16 (Graphics): 2 Slots using 8 PCIe lanes per slot"

The 8200 and the 2400 shipped only with the 250w power supply. But, you can get these 3rd party power supplies:

6 beeps means a video card failure. Contact Dell Support. Tell them that you have the 6 beeps. They will setup service to replace the video card.

* Download and install the XPS 420 bios:
