As for the button with the "i" that is the system identification button. When this is pressed the LED will blink (front and back) blue so that you can identify the server in a rack.

Hi Tech Help,
Was there a specific hardware problem with the server or do you think it is a software issue? Even though the warranty is out, you still have phone support and they should help you troubleshoot. If you have already done this and know which part is causing the issue, send me an email with your information and I will see if there is anything I can do.
