First let me say that I am totally against the policing of NC websites. I think network creators should be free to put what they want on their site, and certainly if it their domain their using.

It is EXTREMELY hypocritical to ban entire networks for having nudity while continuing to allow HARDCORE porn on 50 cents social network. Thats discrimination.

i'm in too.. (sorry to say). I've spent thousands of dollars and hours building what i thought was MY social network not THEIRS. since then, i've seen access to my files shut down, my members taken from me, etc..

i wouldnt be terribly concerned about Ning's resources. I doubt they've turned a profit yet, and a class action would stall more funding until the mattter was resolved. of course, i just wish would return back to the company i remember and loved..but thats asking too much i suppose
