    This is why I call it comCRAP! I am sick and tired of their crap. THey (comcrap) claim nothing we can do, This is thanks to the stations they TIME CODE the programs.This what I was told by comcrap when say Deadliest catch comes on. Well when discovery sends it out they put in the coding NEW. So the DVR thinks it;s new. THis is BS. Because last week I was told when ever the DVR see's the word NEW in the description it thinks it new. NOT TRUE. I have seen my DVR record shows that have nothing with the word NEW in it.

    This is just comcrap. Plain and simple.

    Got a rain check for meat. Well I went to use it and was told nope it's on sale so the rain check is void.

    I have burned 4-6 times by this power pack. It will burn you. I have reported this to HP and they could careless. The power pack gets so hot that even shuts down. Really bad design

    Here is the problem.

    I bought a DV9335nr well after 3yrs a recall came up for the left hinge. After about a month of going round and round with their joke of a tech support. They said send it in. So I sent it in for repairs. Well after 4 days I get a call from HP saying there was water damage on the wifi card. Now I had taken the wifi card out because it failed. So I told the person how was this when I am holding the wifi card in my hand (I still have it)? he went quiet. Then put me on hold after 10mins he said he would have someone call me back. I said I want pics. He told me no problem. Well that was on a friday. Well monday came and another person called saying the same thing and couldn't show any pictures. So it was BS. I called 7 on your side in SF. Well about 3 days latter I got a call from HP saying laptop is fixed period. Well I get my computer back and it's a BRAN NEW COMPUTER.

    Just watch out they like to say water damage on parts that are not there. So they don't have to fix the computer.
