i got few duplicates even within one single feed.

i think the check should not only depends on url.
because, some url shortener will generate different url for each post even for the same target url.

ping.fm never post it anywhere. it just point to /dev/null

either from gtalk or ping.fm dashboard or from twitterfeed
i just never get posted.
