Hey all - just an update on this. We still see this problem with some devices, we still trying to track down what's causing it, we still recommending Nathan's tips above as your best bet to fix them. :)

Just so you know, Blackberry app has long been in the works (and we gettign close)... get on the beta list and we'll try to get those of you who are having problems, something to play with:
