Thanks for your post.
We have not moved to the new BT Tradespace yet and the emails you've been receiving are to make sure you're fully prepared for the new site.
Your details will be migrated over along with your Tradespace site url but we would like to migrate your site as an enhanced Tradespace site (not just a basic Tradespace site), which will means you would still keep the link back to your own website.
For this to happen, all you need to do is to add some content such as an image or a blog post to your Tradespace site as soon as possible. Unfortunately a logo does not qualify as an image. You should upload an image in the “Design & Content/Photos” area of your Tradespace Manager.
Do let us know if you have any further questions with adding content to your Tradespace.
The problem with the map will also be resolved when we move to the new site.

The benefits you received from the Expert Setup service will not be lost within the new version of BT Tradespace. Your content and logo will be transferred across while the overall layout will be improved.

Thanks for your question. We have no plans at this stage to offer telephone based support for the free BT Tradespace service. Our help and support team currently run a very efficient service where help requests are responded to quickly via telephone or email as necessary. If we were to introduce an inbound telephone support service, response times may be impacted and therefore would be less efficient than the current method.
We are constantly monitoring customer feedback and if telephone based support is something which we feel there is a high demand for then we may consider introducing this in the future. However, The Tradespace team are currently focussing all our effort on reducing errors and making BT Tradespace much easier for our customers to use, thus hopefully reducing the demand for help and support. The culmination of these efforts will be realised on the next version of Tradespace which will be launched during October.
For customers who would like more in-depth help with setting up their Tradespace, we do have a chargeable service called BT Tradespace Expert Setup. This is where one of our experts will guide your though setting up your site and help you make sure your business get noticed. We only discovered Getsatisfaction.com recently but see it as an ideal platform to host open and honest conversations about the service that we provide over on BT Tradespace. While this will certainly not be replacing the support we already provide on Tradespace itself, this site will just be another way of capturing your views, concerns, ideas and problems.
