If you made them administrators they should be able to login and manage the group. If you are still experiencing problems, email support@tatango.com and we can look into specifics regarding your account.

Most likely our system was just taking a little extra longer to import those contacts. Are the contacts there now? If not, please email support@tatango.com and they can look into your specific case.

Great questions! In regards to sending the messages, this has nothing to do with your current mobile phone plan, we send all the messages from our phone number - 68398 (we never link your phone number with the messages we are sending from the website).
In regards to replies, if you send the replies to your mobile phone it will count against your mobile phone plan. My advice if you have a limited plan is to opt-out of receiving replies to your mobile phone and have them come to the website. You can change this setting in the "Group Settings" tab.

On another note, thanks for the great praise for our developers, they are truly rock stars here at Tatango.

Thanks for posting your comment. Unfortunately we can't implement Nathan's idea as there is still the issue of where does the money come from to pay for the messages a group is sending. Hopefully you find the service valuable enough to pay, if not, I'm really sorry to see you go.
