That is weird, by paying to upgrade your messages, there is no change in the messaging. It must have been a temporary bug or the people joining your group were not entering in their phone numbers correctly.

Sorry, that was an outdated part of our FAQ, thank you for pointing it out, we have fixed it.

- Priority messaging means that your messages will have priority in terms of sending as compared to free accounts.

- Custom integration means that you are able to use the Tatango API.

1. We will be launching an ad-free version this coming week, please check back on our site for more information as we get closer.

2. We send all messages through a short code, SMPP.

No, Tatango is a strict opt-in system. If someone wants to join your group they will join through the following methods. https://tatango.com/help/adding_members

Sorry for the confusion, to modify your subscription plan go to the "My Account" section of Tatango. Once you are there, find the tab that says "Subscriptions" and click "Extend/Modify My Subscription" and you will be able to modify your subscription here without losing your group.

Tatango will never send messages to your group members, regardless if your group is on the free or the Tatango Pro account. In addition we will remove all Tatango branding from text messages if sent from a Tatango Pro account.

How do I delete a group I started?

To delete a group you created, simply email support@tatango.com with your mobile phone number and the request to delete your Tatango group. Keep in mind that this action is permanent and the group and all it’s contacts will be deleted forever.

The best way to test if your phone will work is to text the word HELP to 68398 and see if you get a response. If you don't get a response, you will need to contact your cell phone provider and ask them if your plan supports "Shortcode" messaging.
