by deleting all existing twitter cookies and trying to relogin I was finally able, but then on my first attempt to tweet I was told that "sorry twitter has reached it's hourly request limit on my account, bla bla bla"

no there are no other twitter services on my laptop

I'm also having this problem, despite a firefox update, and a twitbin update. I even posted here a month ago and still haven't heard of a solution

It would be great to have some additional customizable fields in the contacts category. Tags is one very good idea but for instance, a last contacted date field, or multiple note fields would allow for far greater information to be stored.

Hi Sal and others.

I'm curious whether I can now add a company name column in my csv file and have it be listed in the company field? I have tried adding it myself, as the first column (before first name) but it doesn't seem to work.

Any further advice would be much appreciated!

can't sync passwords, intro window doesn't load

Can't load sync passwords window. I'd like to use Foxmarks to sync my passwords, but when I select the option, a new window opens that says "introduction" and an image of a lock appears on the right hand side. But the page never loads and the only click-able option is "cancel" so I am not able to continue to where I should be able to set PIN. help! Foxmarks 2.7.2 Firefox info :Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021906 Firefox/3.0.7

We always love to believe that our needs are the same as everyone else, guess sometimes we actually are unique ;) . The solution you mentioned would be great. I'm curious about the possibility users adding of adding custom fields before they upload their CSVs, but am quite happy to start with company.

@sal- is this a feature you plan to add? I would venture to guess that many others new to Desk Away might want to import contacts with company info included
