Hi Deborah - Thank you for reporting this. I experienced the same problems when I tested your issue. We are going to look into this!
In the meantime, if you click on the Due Date of a Task in the main list view within an app, the calendar should pop-up in front.
I will get back to you when I have more info about this issue.
Thanks!

Hi Davie,
Following-up on your login problem with the Spring It! button. We are having trouble recreating this issue on our end. Are you still getting the "Invalid Password" error when you attempt to login using your springpad un/pw?
If so, one thing we can try is resetting your password for you to see if that eliminates the problem :)
Let me know - thanks!

Hi Tom -
Your feedback about the Trip Planner is really useful - I have recorded in our product feedback notes to revisit as we make improvements to springpad. Thank you for taking the time to ask these questions and offer your insights! User feedback really does help us immensely to improve the usability of app, so we always appreciate hearing from you guys :)
Thanks Again!

Devin replied on December 02, 2009 19:28 to the question "Using reusable packing list" in Spring Partners:
Hi Tom,
So, the Packing List button is for adding a new packing list and not existing packing lists (though you bring up a good new feature option). If you want to add an existing packing list to your Trip Planner, you can either drag it from the app in which it exists into the Trip Planner or go to My Stuff, narrow by Packing Lists and drag the packing list from there into your Trip Planner app.
Just so you know, My Stuff is where copy of all items you add to your springpad are stored regardless of the app you have dragged them into. Thus, if you have dragged your Business packing list into one Trip Planner app and you want to use it in another, you can simply go to My Stuff, narrow by Packing List again and drag your Business packing list into your new Trip Planner app.
I realize that this isn't identical to the Weekly Meal Planner in terms of having the list of meals (or in your case Packing Lists) available in the app to drag to specific trips, but I hope this method still works for you :)
Let me know if you have addition comments/feedback!

Devin replied on December 02, 2009 19:10 to the question "Importing Google Calendar events from 'main' Google Calendar" in Spring Partners:
Hi Tom,
If you use your springpad Google Cal as your "Primary" calendar, then all your events will be synced between both calendars and they will show up in your weekly meal planner.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capability for you to import your "main" Google Cal events to springpad aside from the aforementioned method.
Thanks for your question and sorry we don't have the exact capability you are looking for!

Devin replied on December 02, 2009 18:56 to the question "Using reusable packing list" in Spring Partners:
Hi Tom,
Have you tried using the Trip Planner app? In this app you can create packing lists, checklists, track your trip budget, plan things to do on your trip and map them.
If you have packing lists or task lists already created, you can simply drag and drop them into this app. Here is the link to add the app: http://sprng.me/11e Let me know if this is what you are looking for :)
In answer to your first question, the Reusable Packing List is intended for places you go to on a regular basis (i.e. business travel or yearly vacation destinations). The idea is that you only need to make the list one time, but you can reuse it for repeat destinations or similar kinds of trips.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have further questions!
Thanks!

Hi Buck,
Thanks for spending the time to research and contribute your solution :) Good customer support is really important to us, and we try to answer all support questions quickly, so you guys can use our app freely and without disruption.
It looks like this issue was either resolved outside of Get Satisfaction via email or the user's problem no longer occurred. Regardless, I appreciate you calling this out and making sure we are answering all customer support requests!

Hi Shannon - This sounds a little different. When you come back to the WMP after closing out the page, did the recipes you attempted to drag to a particular day get added or does the day remain blank?
Can you please email your springpad username to devin@springpartners.com? I would like to look into your particular issue further.
Thanks so much!

Devin replied on November 24, 2009 21:13 to the problem "Recipe ap more work than it is worth?" in Spring Partners:
Hi Shannon - You can add recipe instructions and include the source information, thereby giving proper credit to the author from which you copied the recipe. However, I believe Storey's complaint was that this is not completed automatically when she adds a recipe using the bookmarklet, which searches the page for relevant information and automatically inputs it into the proper recipe fields in springpad. Due to copyright laws, we have intentionally configured the bookmarklet so that the recipe instructions are not added automatically.
I hope this helps!

Hi Story,
I'm sorry that you are frustrated with our site's functionality. However, I do appreciate you taking the time to offer feedback about your experience. We rely on user feedback to help us determine areas of improvement, so constructive comments like yours will only aid in developing improvements to our application.
One thing I would like to clarify is the directions portion of our recipe scraper. Unfortunately, publishing recipes from other sources with complete instructions in springpad violates copyright laws unless the author themselves enters the complete instructions, so we have intentionally configured the scraper to leave the instructions out.
With regard to the ingredients, we developed the scraper to recognize and import recipe components from various food blogs as accurately as possible. However, every blog is designed a little differently, which can sometimes cause it to grab incomplete information. To help aid in this, we have been working on developing partnerships with leading food bloggers who are adding their recipes to springpad and incorporating buttons on their site that readers can click on to obtain a copy of the springpad recipe, thus requiring no editing at all. Here is an example of the button I am referring to: http://www.seasaltwithfood.com/2009/1...
Again, I really appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize that you are not pleased with the recipe app's functionality. If you have additional comments you would like to share, please also feel free to email me directly at devin@springpartners.com
Thanks!

Hi Cara - Can you please send me your username to devin@springpartners.com. Also, if you can tell me when you noticed that they were gone. Were they gone when you signed in or were you working in springpad when they disappeared? Any detail you can provide would be helpful.
Thanks!
