New Team Members Can't Login & Reset Password Not WorkingI have tried to add team members today and none of them can login. We get an error message that says either the user name or password is incorrect, even when copied and pasted from the email. At first I thought it was because I had given two team members the same email address, but that was not the problem (I changed it). I have used the reset password feature and that does not resolve the problem either.
The only person who can login right now is me because that is the only password that wasn't reset today while trying to resolve this problem.
What do I need to do to get this fixed?
