After uninstalling and reinstalling Quicktime to the latest version I still have this problem. Running Windows XP SP3 .. I'll copy this comment over to the bug page.

I also have this problem. I'm a first time user and have been debating switching to Songbird from iTunes, but need my DRM files to play if I'm going to switch.
