    Dell I bet I will cost you more than what U have cost me...!!!
    Dear Friends, I am Dimple from Bangalore. I bought this inspiron 1520 laptop service tag CBS2T1S, in Jan 2008, Right in Jan 2009, my dvd player went bad, I had a tough time getting a new one by convincing the manager, a week back my charger went bad, I spent 2100/- to get a new charger and now the battery has suffered a permanent failure. Its just been 1.5 years and i have already suffered 3 major problems. Being a student of a reputed B school, I will make sure that the upcoming intake of 1500 students does not buy dell products at all. Its very difficult especially for us students to shell out money every now n then. When i bought dis brand i expected durability as I have already taken an education loan i really cannot afford the battery cost now.
    So guys help this cause "Do spread a negative word of mouth about Dell and atleast save the students from incurring heavy loss"

    I will give a call to the Dell customer care once and if they do not help me then I will definitely float a mail across the college discussing my problem so as to make sure no other student suffers from such a harassment.
