The "Trends" page is not loading. It is throwing your (Oops. That didn't work. Let's try and sort it out, shall we?) error message. I've tried reloading the page, per the message, but with no luck.

A comment on the question "Is every new piece uploaded promoted via Twitter etc.?" in DiscoveredArtists.com:
Hi Nathan,
You can rest assured that we are constantly looking for someone who will buy your work. You've been on the site for just 20 days now. In that time, over 1,500 unique people have viewed your various pieces. The trick is to continue marketing your work until we find a pocket of people who fall in love with your work, and who are ready to buy.
Have some patience. And know that when the gates open, they open wide. – DiscoveredArtists.com, on October 27, 2009 02:16

DiscoveredArtists.com replied on October 27, 2009 01:31 to the question "Is every new piece uploaded promoted via Twitter etc.?" in DiscoveredArtists.com:
Hi Tracie,
Thanks for the great question. No. We do not promote every new piece uploaded to DiscoveredArtists on Twitter, etc, primarily because we would "overload" our followers on the various social networking sites where we promote our artist's work.
We have to be prudent with our external promotion. However, we utilize our blog, feature pages, etc. to provide a continual and steady stream of promotion for our artists throughout their year-long membership with us.
Also, as you load new pieces, we will externally promote a percentage of these pieces, with the idea of using these works to drive new people to your gallery to see your entire body of work.
Bottom line, continue to upload new work. This will ensure steady and consistent promotion of your work, new and old.

You would think that a company with a sterling reputation like, StumbleUpon, would acknowledge a problem being reported by a growing list of loyal and dedicated users.
It's been two days since my original post reporting the problem with re-establishing a link between Su.pr and Twitter. Since then, 16 fellow Stumblers have reported the same problem, all of whom who have been patient and understanding.
So now, I am compelled to ask, why do you bother providing a Get Satisfaction widget on the Su.pr interface, if you have no one listening and responding to a growing problem; that has now risen to #4 on your report a problem list.
If you have no intention of responding, please do your loyal users a favor and kindly remove the Get Satisfaction widget from the site. At least then all of us who are looking for help will be perfectly clear about the fact that there is no real support to be had from StumbleUpon or Su.pr.
Hate to be such a twit, but two days of non-response is absolutely unacceptable in my book.

Agreed. Another 24 hours and then we get to question why Stumble provides a "Get Satisfaction" widget on their site in the first place. – DiscoveredArtists.com, on October 25, 2009 21:38-
DiscoveredArtists.com started following the problem "token used in Twitter?" in The Whuffie Bank.

Cannot reestablish Su.pr to Twitter Acount LinkI inadvertently removed my Twitter link from the Su.pr Settings page. Now, when attempting to re-establish the connection to my Twitter feed, I receive an error message from Twitter indicating that the "token" has already been used.
Here's the message from Twitter: This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again ... it was probably an honest mistake.
I've rebooted my machine, etc. Any ideas on how to get connected again?
Thanks so much in advance for your help.

DiscoveredArtists.com replied on October 22, 2009 13:46 to the question "Low viewing rate." in DiscoveredArtists.com:
Hi Jackie,
We HIGHLY discourage you from deleting anything form your gallery. Especially photographers who have been on the site for as little time as you have. Quantity is king on the internet (high quality work only applies here - like your work).
Give your work some time to "bake" before even considering removing something from your gallery due to low view rates, as compared to other images. In 90 days, perhaps review and then consider shifting pieces - replacing low viewed pieces with new work.
On the subject of deleting work, here's an article I wrote on the subject. Please read:

DiscoveredArtists.com replied on October 22, 2009 13:09 to the question "Best Sellers?" in DiscoveredArtists.com:
Hi Angus,
Thanks for your question. The "Best Sellers" page on the site includes only those artists who have sold on DiscoveredArtists.com. It does not include any off-site sales activity or career sales information.
However, I should point out that this page is still under development. It's supposed to be based on several algorithms we've written to include artists with the highest sales volumes, as well as the highest frequency of sales- and automatically adjusts as new sales are made. But it's not working correctly, as it is not picking up and including many of the sales made on the site to-date.
We're working on this and will update you once it has been repaired.
I hope that his answers your question.

Pomeranian Artist, Anselm Bonies, Hits A Home Run!
A big congratulations to Pomeranian artist, Anselm Bonies, for selling his first piece on DiscoveredArtists.com last night!
It took nearly six months for Anselm to sell his first piece on the site, but the good news: the client is planning to soon buy 3 additional pieces from him to decorate their new office space - they are an advertising agency. It was worth the wait!
You can view the piece that sold here: http://www.discoveredartists.com/artw...

Hi Marcia,
Business is going great! We've had back-to-back record months in both site visits and sales. The most direct suggestion I can give you is to continue to upload work. This is always the case on our site. New work initiates new promotion, which brings new visitors to your gallery, which will ultimately lead to sales.
I suspect the problem you're having with viewing the videos is because you're clicking on the screen-capture image, instead of the link directly above the image.
