I apologize, one of the flaws of our current support structure is that I lose track of who I've helped and who is still pending. We know this is a hole in our process and we are fixing that.

We have located what is causing this. I've been working to get a release out that fixes this issue, but have been struggling with another related issue that cropped up in testing.

To get you back up and going ASAP, the following should work for you:

Remove the following file from your system:

/Users/mattrycroft/Library/RescueTime/Results/Sleep Results

This should allow RescueTime to get back to tracking your activity.

I'm trying to get a fix pushed out today so that the Sleep Results file does not cause this problem.

Let me know if that does not get you back up and running.

Anything new on this, its been 11 days and its still not working nor have I had a reply

/Users/mattrycroft/Library/RescueTime/Logs/Uploaded/rt_20080402-073643.yml

Email the log file to team@rescuetime.com and we'll figure out what is going on.

Could you take a look at the RescueTime preferences and tell me if you are seeing errors in the Debug tab? If so, paste a couple of the error messages here and that will help us determine what might be going on.
