I too am very dissolusioned with Tom Tom support. The staff do not seem to acknowledge that sometimes the software is not good and is certainly not user friendly. My Tom Tom 720 hard drive appears to have crashed and is unreadable. They still continue to send me the same standard email as a reply even though I keep telling them What they repeatedly ask me to do DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE REPLACE OR REFUND Tom tom!!!
