Feed Sent Inconsistently into Twitter

For the last week or so, my RSS has not sent to Twitter every half hour as I have specified. It works sometimes, but other times has taken a day or so. What is going on?

HootSuite 2.0 is great, thanks for it. Have you considered allowing RSS to feed every half-hour like Twitterfeed does?

Looks like my RSS hasn't been tweeted in 17 hours. I read you might be having some downtime, thanks for the assistance. I checked my feed to make sure it's valid, it is.
