Purchased Spotify track not appeared in 'Purchases'

I purchased a track via Spotify and it has not appeared within 'Purchases', due to Spotify crashing midway through the process. I received an e-mail from 7digital confirmed my purchase and clicking 'Buy' again on the track reports that I have already purchased the track.

This sadly means I can not download the track.

I have this problem. It is very annoying. I have found switching to the eSound driver seems to work, but it is unreliable and does not appear to work on all systems.

I am having this problem when attempting to play music via a University wireless network. I am assuming the University is blocking port 1935 and the player is not falling back to port 80.

I am currently running Flash player 10.0.12.36 if this helps in diagnosing.
