Seems like it's definitely a proxy problem. On other similar tools I can manually enter the proxy server to get them to connect.

Yes, on a proxy server at work that probably also blocks certain websites. What is the connection that it is attempting? I will see if I can ping the url. Firefox automatically gets the proxy settings and other sites like twitter and facebook work fine.

Toolbar just displays "No Connection" after install on FF. No options to set by right clicking.
