are there settings i could change that would improve speed, i realize there would be a sacrifice of protection.

Slowdown with SFW
Sunbelt Firewall 4.6.1845 when enabled slows my IP Download from Comcast by over 60% consistently. Most recent was a tested speed of 4,779 kbps while Enabled and 21, 601 when Disabled! I'm using Speedtest.net. How can SPF be advertised as not slowing down my system? I have run the tests over several days - a different times of the day. with similar results.
