Just be patience guys.
They always deliver, so dont worry!!

Its much better that we wait a bit longer while they keep testing it, then when we get a chat and there are still many bugs in it.. If they bring it to us while they didn't test it like they need to and dont clean out the bugs, then you all would be screaming that the chat is not working proper...

I putted that friendly comment back at least 3 times before. Now i putted something there thats not so friendly anymore.. I'm sorry for that but i'm so mad about this...

Btw,

Only employees can remove a topic comment from other users then themselves, my friendly comments where removed several times by Tim@Zocku.com. Again this is telling me he is an employee...

If he is not an employee then he is pretending and the tim@zocku.com email address is not telling me different!

And no he doesn't have an perfectly reasonable explanation because he keeps lying about this! (last time this morning)

I can prove this with an email i got from him and with screencaps!
This was just a very small (resolved) issue, due his lying and keep removing my friendly comment(s) its now a VERY BIG issue for me!!

I'm not child and not telling any lies, like Tim@ zocku.com is doing,

A Zocku employee or a Zocku adviser thats telling lies and playing games with other Zocku costumers is the same for me!

Why is a Zocku employee lying and keep removing my comment on a mistake he made?

A while ago a Zocku employee Tim@Zocku.com copied something from my site and used it on a public forum and on his own site, thats no problem of course! But that Zocku employee forgot to remove my sites name/address, so my sites address was showing while i never publish(ed) my sites name on a public forum!

Ok things can happen,and another Zocku/Sg employee removed my sites address on my request.

I left a comment in that forum topic where i was telling people that if they copy something from another site they have to be sure when they use it on their own site that the original sites name/address is removed, specially when you didnt talked to that site owner you copied it from. That comment was very friendly and had NO hard language in it

Before i saw that someone removed that comment, and i put it back. Yesterday i saw again that my comment was removed for the third time, and now mister Tim@Zocku is telling in that forum he never copied it from my site ( and my sites name/address) was not in that txt!

I can PROVE with screencaps that it was there, i also have screencaps from another Zocku/Sg employee that removed my sites name/address, and i also have an email from Tim@Zocku.com where he admit my sites name/address was in it!

I think its a very bad thing that a Zocku employee is lying and playing some kind of games with Zocku costumers!

Before this i never had any problems with SG/Zocku employees,and they never lied to me before.

I'm really flabbergasted that a Zocku employee is doing this!!

The SG team has told many times that when you use http://www.socialgo.com/help when you need help, you will get an answer much sooner... They dont check this forum that much anymore...

We deployed a series of updates to our sites that we originally thought was the cause of the issue, however it transpires that we are currently experiencing a DDOS (Denial of Service) attack from a malicious party.
