As a "new user" to Sandy how can can easily add existing appointments in either outlook or google's calendar to Sandy's information?

I've read all about "ical" and the google widget but I'm thinking I need to enter them individually to Sandy first then let them populate into ical/gcal/outlook?

A lot of these appts are already scheduled

How many emails can I use to send messages?

I use a primary/personal email
an "office email"
and a gmail account

so I really need to enter three addresses but every time send a message from that and then get the

I click the link to confirm that I want to use that third email I get a confusing "Oops - Try again....antacids kicked in" not funny really as it's very confusing?

Some clarification would be nice

i cannot activated a new email account "oops try again" several times
